I was originally on the pre-med track but decided to do a couple internships and explore the world of finance. Found it an enjoyable experience and decided to pursue banking which then led to private equity. I’m happy to connect with anyone looking for career advice (investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or consulting), or with interests in finance, consumer technology, food, or cycling.

As for advice, don’t expect to know what you want to do right out of college, your career is an exploratory journey, but you should still take steps to prepare. Enjoy your time at Pomona and learn for learning’s sake, you won’t be able to do that once you start working. Take advantage of the variety of courses available and broaden your interests. Finally, find a balance between studying and building relationships – your friends from Pomona trump any one course you may take.
